Carolina Pubic Safety is a Home-Based FFL and Training Company located in Leland, NC. While we are located in Leland, NC we travel all over the state conducting training programs. All firearm transactions occur at the home-based location or qualifying gun shows/events.
Matt Cox is the owner of Carolina Public Safety, LLC. He began his career in public safety as a firefighter/EMT in 2004. He later served in the United States Navy as a Master at Arms (law enforcement). After transitioning from the military he completed NC Basic Law Enforcement Training and has since gone on to serve as a firefighter/EMT and sworn law enforcement officer concurrently ever since. Additionally Matt is currently employed in the NC community college system as a law enforcement & fire/rescue instructor. He holds multiple certifications, instructor credentials, and degrees.
